18ct yellow gold ring with a vibrant 4mm round faceted tsavorite green garnet and four 1.8mm round brilliant cut natural diamonds (G/Si). The matt finished ring shank measures 2.75mm wide and 1.8mm thick. Birmingham Assay hallmarked.
