18ct yellow gold ring with a very clear 12mm round tourmalated quartz cabochon, partnered with a 3mm round faceted tsavorite green garnet and decorative gold balls. Set onto a matt finish tapered gold shank measuring 4.5mm wide at the base and 2.4mm at the shoulders and 1.8mm thick. Birmingham Assay hallmark.
