18ct yellow and white gold ring with a blue/grey fancy cut faceted spinel measuring 6.5mm across. Paired with a 3.5mm round faceted orange sapphire and 1.5mm brilliant cut diamond. The matt finish 18ct white gold ring shank is 2mm wide and 1.75mm at the back tapering to 2.3mm thick towards the settings.
